We are building one of Europe’s largest and most modern logistics centres in Neuenburg am Rhein. From here, we will supply our customers in Germany and beyond. As Inbound Leader, you will take on a key leadership role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective and reliable inbound logistics processes within a highly dynamic and automated logistics environment.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leadership: Build and lead a logistics department of up to 400 people across two leadership levels. Work hand in hand with your team leaders to shape a high performing organisation out of a blank page
  • Logistics optimization: Keep poking, prodding and rethinking supply chain processes to boost efficiency, cut costs and make customers happier. If something's always been done a certain way, that's not a reason to keep doing it. Challenge it, and build something better
  • Team development: Recruit, train and grow a logistics and supply chain team that's genuinely great to work with and great at what it does. Coach, mentor and back your people so excellence becomes the norm, not the exception
  • Safety and wellbeing: Keep the floor safe and your people genuinely happy, every single day
  • Technical know how: In a fully automated, highly technical warehouse, you bring the floor level expertise that keeps decisions grounded in reality, not just theory

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Real world experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally from e commerce or retail
  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management is a plus
  • Great communication skills in English, and either French or German
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with your colleagues
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of technical tools to optimise our logistic processes
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
