Looking for smaller earplugs for Sony WF-1000X, as the ones supplied (smallest 10mm diameter) do not fit. Could the Sennheiser model in size XS with 8mm fit (plug-in socket)?

The headphones come with 3 sizes of adapters, are these sizes S, M and L? I lost the middle ones and I'm not sure if they are size M or not.
