Can this panel be connected directly to a laptop (USB-C PD) or a PowerBar/mobile phone (5V) and used for charging or is an adapter/power station required?

Yes, a USB-C PD port is available, see also pictures of the product. In the past few days (January), I have measured 40 to 50 W charging power with my separate battery in direct sunlight in the afternoon. As soon as a thick cloud comes, nothing works anymore, of course.

Hey, according to the pictures, it should be possible to charge up to 45W (e.g. my MacBookPro 14'' charges with 67W but can also be charged with 65W). for larger energy guzzlers, I would recommend a buffer, otherwise it takes a long time if the sun is not shining directly on the panel. But I would also connect the mobile phone directly.
