Can I use the diffuser without the aroma oil tube? Unfortunately, this was not included in my delivery. Or can I have it sent to me later?

You can, but it doesn't do very much. No aromatic oils are included in the delivery, which is normal.

Does this diffuser have batteries, a rechargeable battery or is the cable required?

My diffuser sprays the water at the round opening, then it runs out. What could be the reason for this?
