There are two things to bear in mind here: If you fill the 1.2 litres completely, you are sure to get 4 good portions (side dish). However, the more you fill, the longer the fries will take to cook and crisp up. It is therefore worth filling only about half the litre, but the cycle is all the quicker (around 10 minutes). However, this depends on the type of fries. The quality is great as they are rotated. I can only recommend it.
