As Team Leader Inbound, you're the go-to person when it comes to day-to-day operations. You make sure our products reach customers safely, on time, and without burning a hole in the budget. You lead with initiative, constantly look for ways to sharpen our logistics processes, and you play a key role in shaping and growing our new logistics team at the Neuenburg site.
Deine Aufgaben
- Daily operations in our fully automated warehouse run smoothly under your watch, and when something needs doing, you're the first to jump in
- Leading a team of 10 to 15 people means looking after both their professional growth and their well-being as individuals
- Employee reviews are yours to run, and the team stays aligned through daily stand-ups plus weekly meetings on site
- Growing your team's skills matters to you, and you take an active hand in bringing new colleagues on board
- Safety and health protection (ASGS) is simply part of how you work, not an afterthought
- Your logistics know-how and your team's input flow directly into projects aimed at making our processes better
Deine Fähigkeiten
- Extensive logistics expertise is part of your toolkit, whether it comes from years on the job or specialised training
- Solid leadership experience rounds out the picture, ideally gathered in logistics or somewhere close to it
- Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, you should be willing to improve your English. French or German is a welcome bonus
- MS Office holds no surprises, and warehouse management systems are familiar territory
- Resilience, humour, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality carry you far in the daily back and forth
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
- Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
