The Aeotec Z-Pi 7 was developed in Germany and allows you to adapt existing hardware for Z-Wave. The Z-Pi 7 transforms any Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi into a Z-Wave 700 series Smart Home Gateway. It connects as the primary Z-Wave controller to the GPIOs of the host, such as a Raspberry Pi. It can then be used with any automation software that supports the Z-Wave Serial Bridge API.
