  • Products which don´t meet your expectations

Note: damaged or defective product have to be reported as defect

Report a defective product

  • The product is faulty or it doesn´t work
  • External damage such as broken parts, dents, scratches

Register a wrong delivery case

  • You've received the wrong product
  • The product doesn't match the description in the shop, e.g. it's the wrong colour or size
  • You've received one or several products too many
  • The delivery's missing one or several products
