Only after the purchase did I realize how stupid the option is to be able to buy from private sellers here. Without contact options in advance and without contact options after the purchase. Why is that? I urgently needed the goods, but so far no reaction or shipping confirmation. And, immediately after I bought the item, it said "delivery delayed". Before that, it didn't say that, but somehow immediately available or something. What experiences have you had so far? And how are you actually protected against fraud? After all, the goods I ordered are worth more than 1000 CHF.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. There is no filter for airflow. What matters most to me is the airflow. Some fans have a high airflow (3000 m3/h) but it's impossible to select this filter. It would be good to add it (yes, not all of them have the airflow indicated, but that doesn't matter).

Hey, About 3 weeks ago, I ordered a Mac Studio in the standard configuration from you and, of course, paid for it. At that time, it said: xx units ordered, deliverable between 01.07-24.07. Then every few days I received an email: "Sorry, your order is delayed." Since then, silence. Today I checked, and the date has been pushed back even further, now sitting at the end of the current estimated delivery for new orders. Again with xx units ordered. It would be really nice if you could let me know what's going on, or how much longer I really have to wait? Has anyone else here ordered a Mac Studio, or perhaps even received one already?

Hi, I'm looking for one or two switches with the following features: -2x10Gbit RJ45 Ports -4-8x2.5Gbit RJ45 Ports -silent -stable transfer rates I don't need SFP+ ports or PoE. The specifications for the Radio PURE Classic H4i mention 2 batteries. I assumed that the radio could also be operated with batteries. Unfortunately, I found neither a battery compartment nor any indication of battery operation. The radio was subsequently returned. Person X said that the radio can only be operated on mains power. Person Y told me that the 2 batteries are not included. Question: are the specifications now faulty or did I misunderstand something? For me, the reference to the 2 batteries should be removed.

Hello everyone, I am posting here because I honestly do not know where else to turn. I have a serious unresolved case with Galaxus.nl: Order: 191997413 Return: CRR6646468 Ticket: 24738065 Amount paid: 1249 euros I ordered an MSI MEG Z890 GODLIKE motherboard. The package I received did not match my order and the condition of the package and contents was abnormal. I returned the item through the official Galaxus return process. After a long waiting time, instead of receiving a clear refund, return inspection report, serial number report, photos or complete explanation, I was accused of fraud / deception. I have repeatedly asked Galaxus to provide complete and verifiable evidence, but I have not received the full documents. I was then told that Galaxus will no longer respond to further enquiries regarding this case. I have tried the normal support channels, chat, callback request and email. The callback did not work even though my phone number was correct and available. Customer service told me they can only forward the case again. I understand that forum users may not be able to solve this directly, but I am asking respectfully: does anyone know how to reach a real responsible department, senior complaints team, management or legal department at Galaxus? This is not only about money. Being accused of fraud without receiving complete evidence is extremely serious and damaging. I am only asking for a fair review, a documented explanation, the complete evidence, and a responsible contact channel. I wanted to reorder the same tower fan that I had already ordered (2025) and also one via Amazon. Now, for the first one, I paid about 130 CHF (CH), the second one on Amazon for 98€ - these are okay prices (including CH surcharge). Here on Digitec, a price of 239 CHF is suddenly being asked. I am looking for a blackout curtain for the balcony door (120 cm wide), but I can't see from the specifications whether the width of the double curtains is the total width (e.g. 140 cm together, i.e. with 2 pieces of 70 cm each) or whether this width is meant per piece. Hello, I put an item in my cart with a clearly indicated price. A few hours later, I went back to validate and pay for it. Surprise! The price had gone up by 69 CHF without me being notified. The product in question: OnePlus 15 R displayed at 520 CHF when searching and adding to the cart... discreetly changed to 589 CHF when validating to pay! I hope this is an error, otherwise be careful and take a photo of the prices displayed in your cart before checking out. I have a screenshot of my cart with the price 520 CHF if needed. PS / It would be really sad if Galaxus practices what some dishonest supermarkets do: a price at the checkout different from the one displayed on the shelf.
