I had two carpets stolen last week. Galaxus uses external service providers for deliveries, such as DPD or Planzer. In this case it was DPD, who claim to have delivered the parcel. However, I never received the items or any notification of delivery. Normally, a notification is sent so that the delivery can be changed if necessary. However, I didn't receive anything, which meant I couldn't change the delivery arrangements or the drop-off location. DPD claims to have proof of delivery, but I have received absolutely nothing. What's more, the last deliveries made by DPD were left directly in the entrance of the building, in full view of everyone, without any request for a signature or any form of security. Under these conditions, it's not surprising that parcels go missing. Today, Galaxus is asking me to pay for an order that I never received and is refusing to take responsibility for an obviously faulty delivery. This situation is unacceptable.

What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

Hello, I bought an APC Smart UPS 750 from Galaxus. This is because I have had to replace two Back-USV BX2200 and one Back-USV BX1200 (also bought from Galaxus) and have had to have EACH of these UPSs replaced at least once, and the Back-USV BX1200 twice within 2 years at APV Schneider. Now I thought I'd order a Smart UPS, maybe it's more stable and of better quality. I put it into operation and happened to notice the production date: March 2023. Then I checked the serial number: the battery was produced in May 2022. Galaxus sold me a three-year-old device with a FOUR-year-old battery. Unfortunately, I didn't check this for the Back UPS, but I'm slowly realising why they're dying like flies. The batteries have a lifespan of 3-5 years! So, make sure you check the production date of the battery and the product!

Ladies and Gentlemen, As a long-standing customer of Digitec/Galaxus, I am very disappointed about this process. I bought a used Potensic Atom 2 drone (condition "like new") from a private seller via your platform. The delivery arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, I found that essential components are missing, especially the battery and the remote control, so the drone is not functional. These key components were not mentioned in the advert. The delivered item therefore obviously does not correspond to the description in the advert and can be considered misleading. For comparison, I enclose an advert for the same product (Amazon), which explicitly mentions that the battery and remote control are missing and that the drone therefore cannot be flown alone. Such a clarification is completely missing in the Digitec advert. I have already contacted the seller directly, but have not yet received a reply. As the purchase was made via your platform, I would ask Digitec/Galaxus to look into this Marketplace case and help clarify it. If no solution can be found in the short term, I will unfortunately be forced to have the case examined by Buyer Protection or a consumer organisation. Hello everyone, I am currently using the Arlo system with 5 Arlo Ultra 2 cameras. For various reasons (e.g. rising subscription costs, reliability, app problems) I would like to replace it. Which system would you recommend to me, perhaps from your own experience? A similar range of functions would be desirable, but without the plan costs. For example, a good, reliable app for control, live notifications on the mobile, setting up activity zones (activate/deactivate certain areas, switch off unnecessary alarms (animals, people, vehicles, etc.), live image, save videos locally for unlimited access, etc.). Of course, it must be suitable for outdoor use and ideally even have a solar charging option as not all of them are easily accessible for battery replacement. Hi everyone, I wanted to share with the community my PC configuration that I assembled using components bought here. The idea was simple: build a machine capable of running pretty much any recent game at high settings, if not at maximum. As I'm a bit of a loner here, I don't really have anyone to discuss it with or show it off to, so I'm turning to you 🙂 Small moment of "Swiss luck": I bought the RAM just a few days before a price increase... around 230 CHF. Perfect timing for once. On the cooling side, I replaced the three original Pure Wings 2 fans with better performing Silent Wings 4, and kept the Pure Wings as additional fans at the top of the case. After five months of use, I'm very happy overall. However, I was a little disappointed with the graphics card - it was noisier than I expected. Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Hello Galaxus! Recently, the invoices have been arriving earlier and earlier. Until recently, I always received the invoice after receiving the goods. Now the invoices arrive up to four days in advance. This distorts the return period. Just like the guarantee. The invoice and the guarantees should also include the date of receipt.

I ordered an item on Thursday 25 September for delivery tomorrow. Finally I am given the date of the 27th, which is...Saturday 27th my parcel is not at home but has only been delivered to the Swiss post office. Delivery scheduled for today. I checked the post office website just now, and in the end the delivery took place tomorrow.... and tomorrow I was told Wednesday and so on and so forth! on the other hand, no worries about the billing, they're quick! IS THIS A JOKE? KEEP TO YOUR DEADLINES! If I'd known it would take so long I wouldn't have gone through you, your only interest being the speed of delivery. My last few orders have all been handled very badly. From very late dispatch to receiving faulty goods or goods so badly packed that they were damaged. Pathetic and dishonest, I would not recommend your services to anyone again.
