The PickMup option is no longer displayed in the dispatch options. Has this been removed? In addition, it is no longer possible for me to have the delivery redirected to the My Post 24 machines for deliveries by Swiss Post. Has Galaxus also cancelled this option?

What do I do when it says parcel delivered and I haven't received it?

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Best regards, SF

Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Kind regards Tobias

We need more Matter-over-Thread! Since the CSA at the latest, it has become clear that Matter-over-Thread is no longer a topic for the future, but the next logical step in the smart home sector. Many manufacturers have shown there that they are focussing on interoperable, local and cross-manufacturer solutions. As part of this, IKEA has also announced a new generation of Matter-compatible devices and is clearly focussing on Matter-over-Thread and the further development of its own ecosystem around Dirigera. IKEA in particular plays an important role here, as it can make Matter suitable for the masses. https://matter-smarthome.de/produkte... It is therefore all the more surprising that this new generation of appliances is currently not available from one of Europe's largest online shops. I have now bought the products directly from IKEA, which certainly has its advantages. Nevertheless, I usually like to buy smart home hardware from Digitec Galaxus, especially because of the wide selection, comparability and bundling of different manufacturers. If Matter is really to become the standard, it needs not only announcements at CES, but also broad and rapid availability in stores. It would therefore be highly desirable if the new IKEA Matter-over-Thread devices were added to the range in a timely manner.

Why are only due 22kW listed here? There would also be 11kW from ABB. Most cars can't take 22kW AC anyway and 11kW is a bit cheaper.

Hello, I was extremely shocked to hear the voice message left on my voicemail after I had missed the first call from the Planzer delivery man. This gentleman made insulting and unacceptable remarks in Arabic, insinuating that my mother works the pavements "nikoumouk". This is unacceptable from an employee in contact with customers. As of today, I will no longer order from Galaxus/Digitec as long as you remain partners with Planzer. In addition to failing to meet promised delivery times, Planzer is now hiring people who are more than just dubious. Yours faithfully

I'm looking for Basic shirts (preferably white, black and subtle colours) for a dad bod. Shirts that don't emphasise my tummy too much. I am not fat, but have a small "tummy". 178cm tall, 85kg Thanks for your tips.

Can you reintroduce the Cycliq cameras to the programme? In view of the escalating war on the streets, they have become quite popular.

Will the OutIn Mino also be available at galaxus? If so, when?

Hello everyone, I would like to start work on installing an electric column in my garage, which is in a block of flats and I am a tenant. The electrician has already given me a quote of around 1850.- without Wallbox. The one they proposed to me is the 'Dazebox T Share' which costs over 1000.- which for me is madness considering both the alternatives I find here on the site but above all considering the use I would make of my car which would require a weekly recharge at most. However, the electrician tells me that if I wanted to propose a different Wallbox, it must have fault current protection, DC included! Since I understand little about this, and the electrician would certainly like to fleece me in agreement with Daze, I would like to ask you to kindly advise me which Wallbox with this feature I could buy here at the best possible price. Thank you

Why are loops sewn on for the hind legs ? Do you want to walk around with chafing straps on your inner thighs ? You can do without them dear manufacturer ! Instead, sew a wire down the end until the coat ends - this way you can adjust the rear part to the body without the coat flying upwards when running ! Loop scarves are not great either, as the dog has to get its head through them...scary for fearful dogs! It's better to use a click fastener at the front - because the sewn-on Velcro fasteners are generally no longer usable after a short time - hair and fluff get stuck in them and a connection to the fleece is no longer possible! Please test directly in a long-term trial -thank you

Hello, I'm looking for a MAM feeding bottle, 260ml at least, sold with a 2 or 3 teat (intermediate or rapid), in glass if possible. I can't find it in the catalogue. Thank you

Hello Does anyone know or have experience with a TV (brand, model) where you can download the Swisscom Blue TV app? Preferably a 55" OLED or QLed TV. Would like to operate this in the guest room without having to solve Multiroom via Swisscom. Thanks for any tips or advice. LG

Hello everyone I know that Digitec does not offer MP24 deliveries (forwarding). However, according to support, it is possible for the address to be recorded with MP24. I would like to know why? I see this as a significant gap in Digitec's service offering. Thank you for an adequate answer.

I operate a Fritzbox 4690 behind a Salt Fiber Box X6 and use the Fritzbox instead of the Salt Fiber Box as a DECT centre for my Fritz phones. When setting up the Fritzbox, I entered the SIP data from Salt (telephone number, user name, password, SIP server/registrar). Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. Has anyone had similar experiences or already got it to work?

Can you please check your marketplace offers more closely? Products such as: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/yoton-mini-beamer-yoton-y4-9000-lm-beamer-23532129 have fake values such as 9000 lumens where even a product image shows 150 lumens as the correct value. With such data quality, the decision to switch to the competition, which does not monitor its marketplace at all, is obvious.

Hey Digitec, are you planning to sell the OnePlus SUPERVOOC 150W Power Bank with 20000mAh at some point?

I know that Galaxus doesn't have a wish list for products, but is it possible to add more motorbike parts to the range? Especially from brands like K&N (you already have some), TRW or LiquiMolly, it would be really nice if you could include them :) It's usually a bit sceptical to order from other shops.

I realised today - unfortunately only after placing my order - that Planzer will deliver my order, even though I don't actually want any more parcels delivered by Planzer. It's just a hassle every single time. I had set my default delivery service to CH-Post months (or years?) ago. Apparently this setting option has been removed and you now have to select it again individually for each order ...? If I had known this beforehand, I would have done the same. Now the order is already out and I can see that Planzer will deliver :-/ I would be really surprised if it goes through without any hickups this time ... Let's see.

For some time now, I have been getting "extended results" when searching. In other words, lots of completely irrelevant products, especially if I enter the exact product name of a particular product. And tragically, the desired product was often missing completely and I had to search for it via the product menu with categories and filters. If I don't need any "recommendations", I don't want to receive any. Until recently, the search was only expanded if unspecific search terms were entered or no products matching the term were found. Is this also the case for others? Is it technically not possible to switch this off?

Hello everyone, for us the melody is also important because we find some of them even more beautiful. It would therefore be great if there was 1 video for each product. Please consider whether this can be included, as we are asked for it for almost every music box. Then it is tedious to always listen to YouTube to hear how it sounds.

Hi everyone I have a question about my tilt pen, I just bought an Omnibook X 14 and I can't configure my buttons on the pen? Does anyone have any experience or can anyone recommend a better PEN for my Omnibook? I am looking forward to constructive information.
