Hello, I'm looking for cheap removable power adapters for DE plugs to CH plugs. All the adapters in the "Power adapters" section are "fixed adapters" - i.e. you can't just take them back. Thank you.

Are there actually road-legal scooters with 2 engines or is this technically not possible due to the restrictions?

I am looking for a motion detector with a battery that should trigger an alarm on my mobile via WLAN when it detects movement. I haven't found anything else so far

If I buy a mobile phone from you, do you take my old one and deduct the value from the price of the new one? Wenn ich bei Ihnen ein Handy kaufe, kann ich mein altes behalten und den Preis abziehen?

Dear techies, I am looking for a new PC CAS monitor. I work with ArchiCAD on a daily basis and need a new monitor for other workstations. I currently have a Dell UP3216Q, but unfortunately it is no longer available to buy. Because I am very happy with it. The size (32 inches), resolution, settings and handling are good for me. Nevertheless, I can well imagine going for a new generation curved monitor. But I haven't found anything convincing, either the brightness isn't optimal or the workmanship is like a plastic block. Quality comes before price, the ratio has to be right for me to buy. Perhaps someone has a good tip for me, thank you very much!

I've purchased one of these products, Unfortunately its battery life was short, maximum half of day without use! And company won't answer anymore!

Source promotes gen0cide in G4za on its website, stating that its equipment is tested under real combat conditions. Don't buy this brand!

Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Kind regards Tobias

Question: I'm planning to build my first PC myself in the next few weeks with the aim of finally using my HTC Vive Pro 2 VR set with as few problems as possible. I'm currently using a T7 Prebuilt from Lenovo with an RTX 3080 and I'm very happy with it, but the 10Gb VRAm is simply not enough to play a game like Assetto Corsa Competizione with the Vive VR at reasonably acceptable settings. With extremely throttled settings, you're left with regular crashes and more frustration than joy. My question now is: for VR gaming, is the amount of VRam the most important factor? Because that's where my 3080 fails miserably according to my hardware monitor programme. As I have a budget of plus minus 2400 for the new PC, a new 5090 or something like that is out of the question. I would have instinctively gone for a new RX 7900 XTX, or seen if I could find a second-hand 4090 somewhere at a similar price (which won't be the case anyway), as this is the only (potentially) affordable NVidia option with the same amount of VRam. The CPU of the new PC will come 100% from AMD as final information. Thanks for the help :)

Does anyone have any experience with the PCs from the retailer "Avlano"? The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...). However, the product photos look promising.

Will the BTF version of the mainboard mentioned above be available in the shop? The matching RTX GPUs would already be available at Digitec.

Has anyone managed to get the USB port on this UPS to work? It seems that the chipset behind the USB port is so rotten that no USB controller (with rare exception) recognises the UPS....

I'm looking for in-ear headphones with the best ANC. Phone calls are not important, music sound is also secondary. Music is only needed as background music. I mainly need these for travelling and sleeping on the plane/train. I have researched the following 2 products: -Technics EAH-AZ100E -Sony wf-1000xm5 Can anyone recommend other systems with top ANC? Or does anyone have experience with my requirements with the 2 products mentioned above?

TLTR: Looking for new mobile, Android, price max. 1000, camera at least as good as Huawei P30 Pro (5x optical zoom/10x hybrid), display as insensitive/long-lasting as possible so that no images burn in, NO curved display, battery MUST last 2 days with normal use. Hello together I'm looking for a worthy replacement for my Huawei P30 Pro. Must be an Android phone! Preferably priced between 500-800 francs but if there is something that is technically so very convincing I can up the budget to 1000. As I use the same app a lot, after 4.5 years a picture has unfortunately become permanently burnt onto the display. As the phone is already "old", I would like to replace it completely. The display should therefore be as durable as possible. Do you think it's worth opting for Amoled? The most important thing for me with the phone is the camera. With the 5x optical zoom, the P30Pro fulfils my needs. This zoom function is sometimes very important to me. The new phone should therefore offer at least an equally good camera with an identically good optical zoom (or have solved the whole thing technically so well that there is no difference with the digital zoom). I think the other technical details are of little importance to the 0815 user. The difference will probably rarely be noticeable in daily use and will minimally correspond to the standard of a 4.5 year old Huawei. I would prefer to have a Huawei again, but without Google Services it's a no-go for me and I don't want to "hack" it either. At first I considered the Xiaomi 13 Pro / Xiaomi 13 T Pro and the Oppo Find X5... Are there any other candidates? Is the Xiaomi 13 Pro justifiably so much more expensive than the 13 T Pro? Is this surcharge worth it? Thank you very much!

I can search the Galaxus range as many times as I can, I can't find anything. However, I was able to buy such a curtain about 2 years ago.

Hello Digitec Team & Community I would like to know if the Intel Arc Pro B60 cards will soon be available at digitec. What do you think? E.g. the "Asrock Intel Arc Pro B60 Creator 24GB" https://www.asrock.com/Graphics-C... or "MAXSUN Intel Arc Pro B60 Dual 48G Turbo" https://www.maxsun.com/products...

Hi Galaxus Mobile Team and Community During my last trip abroad, I noticed that wifi calling was not active on my iPhone when I was connected to a wifi network. Now at home in Switzerland, wifi calling is activated immediately. I wanted to call a number in Switzerland while abroad and avoid roaming costs with Wifi-Calling. I think this is one of the main applications of Wifi-Calling. Of course, it's a pity that it doesn't work exactly then. Has anyone had similar experiences? Is this a deliberate limitation by Galaxus or Sunrise to earn a few francs more with roaming? The prices per minute are quite high. At first I thought it was a fault with the device or with Galaxus Mobile. But after a few days abroad and now at home, where it works again, I can rule that out.

The last 2 orders alone were wrong deliveries and parcels declared as returns but simply not delivered. Really tedious if you've been waiting a long time anyway. The cost credit note and reordering makes the whole thing even slower. It's all happened before, but not so often... Longboardfreerider

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.
