Confirmation from the Swiss Post on 19.05.25, with an expected delivery date of 27.05.2025. What does the Swiss Post need 9 days to deliver? I would suggest that you use a more reliable service provider. Their slogan "Order today, delivered tomorrow" cannot be kept.

I ordered an appliance and 1 accessory from Digitec on 11/06/2025. Digitec has confirmed the order and payment 354.70. Today, 12.06.2025 at 20:08 I receive a message with the sender service@planzer.ch. Your parcel could not be delivered - (I was at home all day!). The exact address of Digitec and also my address are listed exactly on the mail. The Digitec consignment number and the Planzer consignment number are different! Your parcel could not be delivered (I was at home all day!). There is a red box at the bottom of the mail saying: "DELIVERY CONTROL". The field is a bit blurred, so I didn't click on it as I suspect it's a fake e-mail. But I wonder why my real address is there? Planzer has already delivered several parcels to my address - what is the reason for the undeliverability?

UPS is a disaster

Hello, I ordered a hard drive, as I am rarely at home UPS delivery to myflexbox, which also took place. Notification of delivery from UPS by SMS and email - but no QR pick-up code. Myflexbox wants a QR code - you can only get this via the UPS call centre. Call centre means 20 minutes on the voice computer and then on hold. So - all other parcel services (DHL, GLS, DPD, Hermes) are unproblematic - I won't order anything else as long as it is shipped with UPS.

The fibre optic cable that comes with the Zyxel AX7501-B1 router for the Galaxus 10 Gbit/s fibre plan is very short. I want to buy a longer one, but I'm not sure exactly which one I need. The plugs on the supplied cable are green, which indicates APC cut. I'm currently using a different single-mode cable with a blue SC connector in the router, and the connection seems great (>1Gbps).

Long Island GmbH - Digitec/Galaxus, it can't go on like this

Hello together, I assume many of you are familiar with and dread the provider (third party) Long Island GmbH at Digitec/Galaxus. For all the others: Long Island GmbH is known for asocially high prices (sometimes 250% of the Digitec/Galaxus price - "1") and additionally for cheap Wish crap, which is (of course) also offered for asocially high prices - "2". I am aware that Long Island is not the only provider here (cue Jacob DE, DasWarenhaus), but I find these Wish-like offers very borderline. Now, of course, I ask myself why Digitec/Galaxus allows such offers at all (and now please don't answer with "if the offer is too expensive for you, then don't buy it", dear Digitec employees). Of course Digitec/Galaxus is making a nice profit here, no question. But it really looks like Digitec/Galaxus is more interested in profit than in customer satisfaction. According to your statement, you are "only" the intermediary - "3" - between the offers, but I see you alone in the duty to administer these offers. In addition, "attractive" prices are apparently only a nice-to-have for Digitec/Galaxus - "4" (In the course of a good and profitable cooperation, however, we point out that prices should be competitive and commission and shipping costs should not be added). As already said, these prices are in my opinion simply usury, which is marked as unlawful in the StGB (Art. 157 - "5"). I am not a lawyer, but the following statement already fits the offers of Long Island GmbH: 1. Whoever exploits a person's predicament, dependence, inexperience or weakness of judgement by granting or promising him/herself or another person pecuniary advantages in return for a service which is economically related to the service.(1) Any person who acquires a usurious claim and resells or enforces it shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or to a monetary penalty. 2. (2) If the offender acts commercially, he shall be liable to a custodial sentence of one to ten years. If I am wrong in my assumption here, I would be happy to receive input. Galaxus claims "Order by 9 p.m. today, receive your delivery tomorrow If you order by 9 p.m. on a weekday, we’ll dispatch your order that day as long as the items are in stock in our main warehouse. Your order will normally arrive the next working day (including Saturday, if you’ve allowed Saturday delivery in your account). Each product page features real-time information on availability." But this does not apply most of the time. Several orders now were delivered the day after tomorrow, even not during holiday season. This is annoying and was one of the strength of Galaxus. No explanation either why items in stock are not delivered right away...

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I've noticed that Apple offers discounts for students. It would be nice if Galaxus offered such discounts, because combined with Galaxus's generally lower prices, that would be great. There are currently shops offering Apple products at very low prices for students at the start of the new school year. It would also be easy to validate student status in Switzerland with the SwitchEduID.
