Every time I have to take a day off work to receive digitec parcels as I only get them if I sign for them. As usual, Planzer delivers "the next day" or at some point, at least I hope so, it wouldn't be the first time that nothing arrives. I can't even pick it up or anything and the customer service is anything but helpful I am very satisfied with digitec but planzer is a pure incompetence club.

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Thank you very much for reading along and for your opinions.

Hello, I'm wondering about the relevance and, above all, the morality of selling products that are banned for use in Switzerland? As a reminder, electric scooters exceeding 20km/h are banned from circulation in Switzerland. Of course, you're bound to tell me that these machines can be used on private land without being on the public highway, but that's an argument in bad faith, because we know where these vehicles end up in the end. Serious accidents are on the increase and Galaxus should ask itself whether it is responsible for some of these accidents.

Good day On 04.05.2026 I ordered the item XXX Wheeler i-Hybrid Gor from you for CHF 2509. According to your order confirmation, delivery should take place between 06.05.2026 and 07.05.2026. As I have now been informed by your supplier that the bike will not be delivered until 11 May 2026, I will not be able to go on my bike trip planned for the coming weekend as planned. The delay is a clear disappointment for me. I expect a prompt and customer-oriented solution. I would therefore ask you for feedback and notification. It would be better to adjust the delivery times. Kind regards

Where have the JBL soundbar offers gone? Will there be offers again soon? I would like to buy my soundbar through Galaxus.

Used Apple Silicone Case Apple iPhone 6, Apple iPhone 6s

My soundbar imploded after 24 months and 20 days, i.e. 20 days after the warranty period. I then received an email from the manufacturer Hisense saying that the manufacturer, i.e. Hisense, would replace the soundbar. I should clarify this via the seller! I've been on the phone to Galaxus for months now and nothing is happening! I will never order anything from Galaxus again and will communicate this. So: Hands off Galaxus

Hello everyone. I know you can filter by clip earrings but there are cuffs and earrings in there.

It would be helpful to be able to filter UPSes by battery type: lead acid or lithium ion etc

Hello everyone.... Does the ASUS Xg-C100c V2 network card work on a P8Z77-V mainboard? Greetings

The last 2 orders alone were wrong deliveries and parcels declared as returns but simply not delivered. Really tedious if you've been waiting a long time anyway. The cost credit note and reordering makes the whole thing even slower. It's all happened before, but not so often... Longboardfreerider

I am looking for a baby shower gift and thought of a nappy cake. But there are all kinds of brands and I really don't know what I'm looking for. What are your experiences?

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.

Hello together I bought the Lenovo Legion T7 with 1x 32GB RAM. I now wanted to upgrade to 64GB RAM. Unfortunately, the original RAM stick from Samsung is not available anywhere. Even Lenovo support told me that it is no longer available, but the same RAM stick type and clock frequency can be installed. I am aware that the best result works in pairs. Nevertheless, perhaps someone has had the same problem and installed different RAM. What do you think would be the best (cheapest) solution? The following is currently installed: Samsung: (L)32GB 2Rx8 PC5-5600B-UB0-1010-XT(S)80CE01253501F07212(P)M323R4GA3EB0-CWMOL(M)W07W000 Thanks for the help and swarm knowledge

In terms of design, I think they are the most beautiful sports watches that you can also wear in everyday life. I also like the concentration of functions on sports and outdoor activities without the superfluous bells and whistles (as with Garmin, for example). I have a Suunto 9 Peak Pro, which is very beautiful and has a high-quality finish. What about yours?

Hello everyone, I would like to get into the smarthome. I currently have a Synology DS920+ and would like to connect it as a smarthome hub. However, I need a border router so that I can use my Matter products. Do you have any recommendations? I also don't want to spend too much money if possible. I have seen the NabuCase dongle, but I don't know if the price is right. Thanks in advance and LG

Hello everyone, I'm starting to find it very uncool. Every time I want to log in here on the website I have to reset my password. I have just tested it and have done the game 5 times. After you have reset your password you are automatically logged in, which is not bad. But when you log out and log in again, the password is apparently no longer valid. I have tried it several times with the same result. Apparently this is not stored correctly in the database of the website can you please fix this thanks.

This is about the following articles: - 3x Lian Li / Uni Fan TL Wireless 140 - 1x Lian Li / L-Wireless Controller I ordered the fans mentioned via the Digitec website and they were delivered promptly. As the description didn't say anything about needing an additional device for colour control, I assumed that I could connect them normally to the existing fans of the same brand. Fiddlesticks. Of course it didn't work. So I searched Digitec for instructions but couldn't find any. It was only on the Lian Li homepage that it said that the L-Wireless Controller had to be ordered. When I went to the store in Kriens to pick it up, I asked the salesperson to make sure it would really work with my other components. His answer. He assumed that it would work. When asked that it would be nice if there was at least a note in the product description that an additional device had to be purchased, I got an unbelievable answer. It is up to the customer to find out what they actually need and whether the data on the product (Digitec homepage) is correct. I looked at the salesman in disbelief and asked him if he was serious, to which he answered "yes" in a very relaxed and friendly manner. At home, I installed the fans with the additional part and started up the colour control. Of course, this required downloading another programme from Lian Li. The result. Only the colours of the Uni Fan TL Wireless 140 could be controlled, but not the others. Of course, there was nothing about this in the description or on the homepage. So I removed the fans and ordered new ones, which I'm sure will work with my system. Now I can return the faulty purchase to Digitec and have 10% of the purchase price deducted because I opened the packaging. Although I would never have ordered these items if the description and instructions had been correct. Well, that's another way to make money. Hence my tip. Do your own research and never rely on Digitec's descriptions. Even if they are demonstrably wrong, they don't seem to know the word "goodwill". It's not their fault. That was another answer. So thank you very much for the great service, which of course I can't recommend to anyone else. SUPPLEMENT: In response to Digitec's reply, I have contacted customer service via a link. I was then put through to Denis via chat, who looked into my request. He was very understanding and immediately offered to waive the costs. I therefore have to revise my opinion of Digitec and thank them once again for their great and customer-friendly service.

WHAT is this again? Today, for the umpteenth time, I come across such an ugly, clunky, impractical new layout on the main page. Guys, you never learn, do you? I have nothing against POSITIVE changes where something is improved. But every new layout so far has been a disaster, this one is no exception. Take that away! So... time to divert my Galaxus bookmark directly to my profile again, eh? Too bad, I liked reading the main page - but not like this.

I bought a new smartphone weeks ago. Why am I now being shown and offered countless smartphones every day on this new, absolutely ridiculous homepage? I don't understand this design and this approach any more than I understand the completely faulty filters for laptops. Which, by the way, is what drove me to order from Brack. Anyway, the Digitec homepage will be crossed off my morning reading list. Let's just wait for the next update. I have time and there are other suppliers.

e.g. filter "Light" does not work at all. Lots of models without a light function are displayed :( It takes hours of clicking and searching to find something suitable. Too bad

As in so many other product categories: If you can already filter by features, the filter should be limiting, not broadening. Let's say I'm looking for a helmet with reflectors according to MIPS design: I click on the filter "Reflectors" and 17 results are displayed. Now I also click on "MIPS", but suddenly 50 items are shown. If I had first filtered for MIPS and only then for reflectors, I would have assumed that all of the 50 articles delivered first were also equipped with reflectors. But they are only available in a smaller high-quality subgroup, which are of course all built according to the MIPS principle. That's a bad joke.

Hello everyone Will the Oppo find x9 ultra mobile go on pre-sale in Switzerland? If so, from when? With the master bundle telescope and all accessories? Thanks for the feedback. Greetings

I bought a Gigaset GS4 mobile phone in the summer of 2000. Among other things, it was advertised that the battery could be easily replaced, unlike other mobile phones. In December 2024, a replacement battery is no longer available from Gigaset. Very disappointing!
