I ordered a product, Galaxus customer care tells me it has been shipped and that I will be contacted directly by the courier company, but they won't give me contact details of the supplier, let alone the courier company. I am worried that the product will never arrive. Am I right to be worried? Is this the normal procedure?

Hello, I think my neighbour is stealing my mail. I need a camera that is small, registers when a hand is put in the letterbox slot and has night vision and a motion detector. It should run on a rechargeable battery or batteries. The letterbox is several floors away from my flat in a block of flats, so it's far away from the WLAN. Would something like this still work?

Hi everyone, I would like to buy a new milk frother - as a separate addition to the coffee machine. So far I've had a Senseo and have had rather bad experiences with it: milk always tends to be very runny and not as nicely foamed as with the barista. It's also difficult to clean. Can anyone here help me and give me a tip on what the best milk frother currently is? For example, what can the one from Severin below do? some venting first: Some sub-suppliers platformed at Galaxus marketplace are simple scammers. I just got a package with 5 sticks of 8gb non-ecc 2400mhz for an order of 8x16gb ECC sticks. From the box labels it looks like some "marketplace" sellers are just ordering stuff on eb*y or alie*press and sending it directly to the Galaxus customers, via dropshipping or with a stopover somewhere in Switzerland. some careful suggestion second: Dear Galaxus, I think your Supplier Quality or other business unit that takes care of this should be more careful doing business with D**W******** (1 of 1 deliveries product quality and quantity mismatch) or U******.** (1 of 1 deliveries scam attempt with a used non-EU market product relabeled as new), for obvious reasons. I am very happy whenever I buy things from your warehouse directly, but the "marketplace" experience is very often simply crap. Why at all waste my time with this?

Hello The insert grille of the Ninja Air Fryer has become rusty after repeated use. Do I now have to send in the whole appliance or is it enough if I just send the grille, or even photos? Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Hello everyone. So far I have been using my mobile phone hotspot on demand as Internet access for all my devices. That works quite well. Now I wanted to put all my devices into a cable network and then connect them to the hotspot via a central router. So far this has worked, but unfortunately only once. As the mobile hotspot always generates a new Mac address, the Fritz box refuses to reconnect automatically and I have to reconnect manually each time via the Fritz box settings. Is there a router that allows this or does the setup not work with auto connect? All other devices have no problem with the new Mac address and connect directly. Many thanks and best regards ☕

For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects: Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets. Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling. Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense. As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter. In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

In the context of the sale of second-hand products, it would be relevant to allow the seller to respond to comments left by the buyer after confirmation of receipt of the order, whether they are positive or negative. Such a feature would encourage more balanced and transparent communication: it would offer the possibility of thanking a buyer for positive feedback, or, where appropriate, of providing explanations and context in response to a negative review concerning a perceived non-conformity of the product. This interaction would help to build trust between the parties and improve the overall quality of the user experience on your platform.

After the delivery date has been delayed 4 times, there is now no more information about the delivery date. I am so fed up with this company that this will be my last order. It can't be that I don't even get any more information about the delivery date. Maybe it's better as it keeps getting postponed anyway. Not even a discount or a reasonable approach from digitec, legendary a powerbank for 29.- was written to me well. The price for the TV is 1600.- I am very disappointed with you.

Filtering by the material of the belt buckles would be really important. I am now quite allergic to nickel. Unfortunately, most belt buckles have it in them. A filter that would show me pure materials would be very practical.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
