For some time now you have not been respecting delivery times!!! It's unacceptable, it's written delivered the day after tomorrow but it never arrives!!! Several days late. You also list products that are no longer in stock! What's going on?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've noticed that some retailers are giving Resident evil Requiem for Steam for free. And since this is an official distribution from NVidia, most retailers will also give it away. I have not yet found any indication that this also applies to Digitec. I would be very happy if someone, whether an employee or a person who has bought an RTX 5070, 5070 ti, 5080 or 5090 since the start of the distribution (should have started on 10 February) can enlighten me.

It is increasingly the case that not a single copy of a product can be ordered, but at least 2 or more products end up in the shopping basket. This may still be ok for purely consumable items. For all other items, this is neither sustainable nor customer-friendly. Do others see it the same way? I have not yet been able to find out whether this is only the case with third-party suppliers. But regardless of this fact - this is a bad development.

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

Unfortunately, I had to return two Galaxy S25 FE (would actually be great devices) because Digitec sold me EU versions. The last device Jetblack 256 GB was intended for Telecom Hungary (EUX/-/EUX/TMH). With this device I had problems with the e-Sim from Swisscom. A request to Digitec: Please declare the EU versions! Thank you very much for your goodwill in returning the S25 FE Jetblack, I was very pleased.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello all I have noticed that my latest order cannot be tracked, even though the item was marked as "shipped" in the order overview and I was also notified of the shipment by e-mail. In the delivery details, both the parcel number and the "Track shipment" button are missing. I have noticed that this has also been the case with other orders in the past. However, with some purchases it was possible to track the shipment. Can anyone tell me what the criteria are for possible tracking? At the moment these seem pretty arbitrary to me. Hello everyone, I'm looking for a pair of high-quality Bluetooth headphones that can be operated wirelessly and play significantly louder than typical models. My goal is to have a truly cinematic experience, e.g. when watching Netflix or Disney Plus, where the volume really fits and the action is audible. So far, I've been using the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless: At around 60 to 66% volume, it feels like it gets to the level that a Sony WH-1000XM6, for example, only reaches at 100%. I use it purely via Bluetooth, without a DAC, and the volume is still impressive. Now I'm looking for something more elegant and comfortable, e.g. in the studio or hi-fi sector, which is also Bluetooth-capable and achieves a higher volume than normal headphones. Does anyone have any recommendations for models that: offer high volume level / gain, are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, have a good, balanced sound, deliver a cinematic effect, especially for films and streaming? Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. For the past 2 weeks the Galaxus website has stopped working in my FireFox browser. None of the links work so what ever I click on, nothing happens unless I refresh the whole page. Seems to work fine in Edge, but I don't like using Edge. Anyone else had this issue?

Hello, I've ordered components for a new PC and I'd like to change and upgrade the graphics card. Unfortunately the order can no longer be changed online. What's the best way for me to make the exchange? refuse the whole order on delivery (that seems ridiculous), refuse just the graphics card? Accept it and go to the shop with it to make the exchange? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. Sorry but that's the behaviour of a sneaky rat - I cancelled my entire order. I put the items in good faith, even placed the order but then noticed that the price of some items had increased by over 50%!! There should be a huge warning if this happens. By the way, if you didn't have this "50chf minimum order" then I would have already bought the items. A loss of business for you and a disappointing experience for me, a 'lose lose' all round.
