That was the last time I ordered something from Galaxus. An absolute disaster, ordered on 22.10 (delivery date 24.10 to 29.10), on 29.10 still no shipping confirmation. After I was called back very quickly and information was sent to the supplier, the delivery date was corrected to 1 November to 4 November. Unfortunately still no information by 4 November, then changed to "delivery delayed" and €15 discount credited. Today (7.11) then cancelled, as there was again no information today as to when delivery will take place. The discount of course only brings something when delivered, ordered again (at Amazo) Monday delivery. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Why are the delivery times so long at the moment? Conversion or not. Above all, I expect delivery on... receipt, not dispatch. It's not the same for me.

You really have a great handle on logistics. Suggestion for excellence - timing the cart: If I need something on Friday, I would like to time the shopping basket to Monday 12 noon, and then the order is triggered at 12 noon. But the cart remains open, and if something else comes to mind on Saturday, I add it. That would be "wow" Otherwise, keep up the good work.

So if I see an offer and then buy it and add it to cart, then click on pay, and then the price in the cart changes, that's cheeky. The product is added to cart because I want to pay for it. The price should be locked there according to the dynamic procedure. 199 then 203 when paying, which is customer-unfriendly, I want these 4 Fr. as GU. And I'll report it to Kassensturz. Because legally it is not a verb. Offer. That means you can adjust prices, but if I "want to pay in the payment process and it becomes more expensive", that's unfair enrichment for me. I mean, if I pay for a flight ticket and it costs 200, I can't be told that we'll add another 20. That's not price roulette. Then it's not prices but price flags that change the sum depending on your mood and direction.

I currently have 1 order, toothbrush (in our warehouse), measuring device, (4 weeks delivery time). All great, not in a hurry. But in the meantime I have already placed 2 orders and received both. Why don't you put the toothbrushes that are in stock in the parcel of another order? Of course I understand the problem of mixing orders of a technical nature. But problems are there to be solved :-)

I would appreciate it if I could filter out all the reviews that were not given for the current product. I bought the Galaxy Watch5 Pro LTE and am deeply disappointed: Shortly after the one-year warranty expired, the known defect occurred that the display turns permanently yellow (so-called "Screen of Death") reddit.com . If you take the "China" version, you almost get two smartphones for this price. How does digitec come to this price?

Hello everyone, I'm toying with the idea of getting a foldable smartphone, but I'm still quite undecided as to which model. I've already had various Android slabphones, until recently an iPhone (for about 7 years) and now a Pixel Pro 9 XL. Which of the foldables would be best for everyday use and for photo editing (as I like to take photos and edit my pictures "on the go" (i.e. on the mobile). I'm not sure which model would suit me best here in Switzerland. Oppo Find N5, Honor Magic V5 or Samsung Z Fold 7. It also makes it a lot harder for me to decide as it feels like I can only try out the Samsung Fold Z 7 in the shops. Can someone possibly give me a test report that is not just superficial and after 1 week, but after a longer period of use? Thanks in advance :)

This is really cheeky and as a longstanding Digitec/Galaxus customer you feel really cheated..... I wanted to buy the Moza AB9 FFB base for my simulator project. When I saw that the base was much cheaper on Galaxus.de than in Switzerland, I lost faith in fair prices at Galaxus/Digitec. The base is still cheaper at Galaxus Deutschland despite the 11% higher VAT. If you adjust for the tax, the base is 100CHF cheaper than in Switzerland. Shame on you Digitec.

I recently ordered a PC Cabinet from them. Literally first time tried to order probably will be the last time. The Cabinet came all bent from back. The mother board IO shield gap is horribly hit and bent. The PSU gap is bent from rear and also from the bottom so the cabinet doesn't even stand straight. What a horrible experience. Is there a way I can talk to them ?

Hello together I recently got a Wingo Internet connection with 5ghz and 1gbits performance. However, I have no reception in the office and am therefore looking for a repeater. However, it turned out that not all repeaters are compatible with the Internet Box 4 (supplied by Wingo). Can anyone recommend a good, available repeater that is compatible with this?
