Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. WHAT is this again? Today, for the umpteenth time, I come across such an ugly, clunky, impractical new layout on the main page. Guys, you never learn, do you? I have nothing against POSITIVE changes where something is improved. But every new layout so far has been a disaster, this one is no exception. Take that away! So... time to divert my Galaxus bookmark directly to my profile again, eh? Too bad, I liked reading the main page - but not like this.

I realised today - unfortunately only after placing my order - that Planzer will deliver my order, even though I don't actually want any more parcels delivered by Planzer. It's just a hassle every single time. I had set my default delivery service to CH-Post months (or years?) ago. Apparently this setting option has been removed and you now have to select it again individually for each order ...? If I had known this beforehand, I would have done the same. Now the order is already out and I can see that Planzer will deliver :-/ I would be really surprised if it goes through without any hickups this time ... Let's see.

I regularly share Digitec articles in our Tech-Talk Discord - currently this one, for example: https://www.digitec.ch/de... Problem: There is "no preview". Just a bare link. Especially compared to practically all other sites (YouTube, news sites, etc.) that clearly display the title, image and description, this honestly seems pretty... 2010 😄 I suspect that either the Open Graph tags (og:title, og:image, og:description) are missing or are not being delivered correctly. This is a real shame for us in the Discord because: I like sharing articles in our tech talk channel. Without a preview, the links are much more likely to get lost and it simply looks less appealing So I have a direct question: Is this known? Are there any plans to fix this? Would be mega nice if it worked properly at some point - your content definitely deserves it 🙂 Greetings Marco

1. I have purchased 2 Wacom Intuos S. According to the enclosed instructions, there are replacement pens on the back. However, I cannot open the pen. Is there a trick for this? 2. In the instructions (PDFs / videos) you always see a pen with a rubber on the back for erasing. Is this eraser missing or am I erasing with the pen?

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Thank you very much for reading along and for your opinions.

Hello. I tried to change the delivery address immediately after placing an order. I couldn't, so I had to cancel the order, the money was refunded and then I placed the order again with the correct delivery address. Have I overlooked an option? Hi everyone, Unfortunately I decided to go with Galaxus Internet and have now been without Internet for a week and had to buy an eSIM and with an unstable 5kbit connection no chance of working from home and it's already getting difficult with emails :'( Therefore: Does anyone happen to know a hack to activate the line from my side? I had received your router, when I connect to 1 of the OTO socket I get a flashing LED on the fibre and on connection 2 I get nothing. Of course I have not received an activation e-mail. But the subscription is already running and the support doesn't really get any further than the level "Have you plugged in the router?" or "Wait, then it will come". Thank you already for your input :)

Will the Command Series KB7 gaming keyboard also be available to buy in Switzerland? You can pre-order the keyboard from Turtle Beach, but not from Switzerland. According to Turtle Beach Support, you should contact a local electronics retailer. I hope that the keyboard will be available from Digitec at some point.

Ordered a brushcutter and a lawnmower on 28/3. I received the trimmer on 31/3 and was waiting for the lawnmower. I was then informed of a return on 16/4 and a refund... because the parcel had been opened before delivery. I've lost a month and have to buy it again at a higher price on 23/4. It's in stock; can't you send me another one and fulfil your part of the contract? How odd!

Problem: Two out of 4 white sleeves (next to each wheel) have broken and fallen off. I have 3 questions: 1) Has anyone been able to find replacement sleeves? If so, where? 2) If we can't get spare parts, can the robot work properly without the sleeves? 3) Is there an alternative solution (other brand of sleeves, etc.)? Hello After placing an order, the following is always displayed, for example: "Delivery the day after tomorrow". This wording is somewhat unclear, as it is not clear to which date "the day after tomorrow" refers, especially as in my particular case I do not know whether this update took place yesterday after the order was placed or today. A specific delivery date (e.g. "Delivery on 24 April") would be much easier to understand and would make planning easier - especially if you want to receive the delivery in person. Please don't always write "Delivered tomorrow" for items without tracking if you can't keep to it. The cart says "Delivered tomorrow", the email says "Delivery in 1 to 3 days". Ordered yesterday, didn't receive the 3 items today.
