But this does not apply most of the time. Several orders now were delivered the day after tomorrow, even not during holiday season. This is annoying and was one of the strength of Galaxus. No explanation either why items in stock are not delivered right away...

Monitor ordered for just under CHF 1000. Delivered today. No ringing, simply deposited in a place that is absolutely not suitable for today's weather. Box full of dents and well soaked. Let's see if everything works... But very annoying in any case. I would like to have a default switch that allows me to define that only the post office delivers to me and not have to check every time I place an order to see if the option is offered to me and then have to think about it explicitly every time.

Dear Community, I am looking for a 19 inch server rack to store one rackmounted server and 2 devices that I would put on shelves inside the rack with sizes of 18 cm, 16cm and 17 cm. After buying a monitor, I received an email supposedly from Galaxus titled "Shipping" asking me to respond and receive a SMEG Kettle kettle. On clicking "Get started now" the window supposedly from Galaxus came up and the survey began. 8 questions about the shopping experience, service, employee friendliness and so on as you know it. In order to receive the reward, all one had to do was pay the postage costs of 2 francs. A form was then opened to enter name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. On the same page, you could see the kettle again with the product name, product specifications, as you know it from Galaxus. After filling out the form, the page opened to pay the 2 francs. Here, the debit/credit card number with expiry date and the 3-digit number on the back had to be entered. Everything was filled in and sent off. Watch out, here it comes: at the very top of the page in tiny print it says: "This is a special offer for a limited period of 3 days that comes with a CHF 15.00 welcome voucher that you can use to discover and buy products on one of our partner websites. By purchasing this membership, you will automatically be enrolled in our affiliate membership services. The membership fee is CHF 64.29 and is automatically debited every 14 days unless skipped or cancelled. You can cancel the service at any time with 30 days notice or pay the CHF 6.98 to opt out immediately. This campaign expires on Mar 3." I fell into a subscription trap and became a club member of HiFiSoundClub.com and iCosmeticClub.com without wanting to. I signed up there and cancelled my membership in the account. But I had to wait 24 hours for this, for alleged technical reasons. The next day it worked and the cancellation was confirmed, not without pointing out that 6.95 euros would be due. What worried me the most was that I - usually careful with data and attentive to fishing emails - had entered all my personal and card details. So people, watch out. The whole story is very professionally done.

The LEDs work, the remote control works but the system doesn't remember my choice, every time it reboots it restarts with the default configuration. How can I get it to remember my choice? Thanks

We have the LG LG 43UR91006LA 43", UR91, LCD, 4K, 2023 in operation, there is only a BlueTV box from Swisscom on HDMI 1. When I switch on the BlueTV box, the TV should start automatically when there is a signal on HDMI 1, right? And when I switch the box off again, it would be great if the TV would switch itself off again. The aim is that I don't need the TV remote control any more. I saw somewhere in the menu that you could control everything with the TV remote control, for which you would have to set up the WLAN. But I don't have WLAN, nor do I want to use the TV remote control. I want to (continue to) use the remote control of my BlueTV box. Is that not possible?
