What is everyone's experience with buying second hand drones with digitec? All they say is it is "used and tested" without much more information or photos actually. Is it possible to get more information? Was it used for a year then resold, was it used for a month, has it crashed etc. Also for a used product, it is still quite expensive as they sell it at a discount of only 89.- less, all this with basically no information.

Hi everyone, I bought a drone here on Digitec in November 2020. I flew the drone to an altitude of 25 m this afternoon. Suddenly I could no longer control the drone via the remote control. The drone crashed down without braking and therefore did not land (impact). Since the ground was snow, nothing happened. But now my question is: Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what can be done about it? Was it too cold outside? Is it possible to prevent this? There was no error message, so I have no clue what the problem could be and at the moment I have no desire/confidence to see them "land" like this again. I hope someone here can help me and have a nice day.
