The Freezer 4U-OneX is designed for all AmpereOne processors and features a specially developed copper base that effectively cools both the processor chip and the surrounding heat spreader.

Premium thermal conductor included

The Freezer 4U-OneX includes MX-7 thermal paste applied to the chip, as well as thermal pads for the surrounding IHS, ensuring perfect heat transfer.

Compatible with 4U server chassis

With a 53 mm gap for RAM, memory modules with medium-sized coolers can be used without any problems. Thanks to the optimized installation height of only 151 mm, it fits both 4U server racks and most standard 4U cases.

Designed for 24/7 operation

Both fans on the Freezer 4U-OneX are equipped with double ball bearings, allowing for 24/7 operation. Each fan delivers up to 81 CFM at high static pressure, making it ideal for use in even the most densely populated systems.

High-performance fans in push-pull configuration

The use of two fans also provides inherent redundancy and protects the system from complete failure due to overheating. The fans can be easily swapped to adjust the airflow direction.
