With the FRITZ!WLAN Stick AC 860, AVM offers a particularly high-performance Wi-Fi adapter for wireless connection to the FRITZ!Box or any Wi-Fi access point. The implemented Wi-Fi AC standard and the powerful USB 3.0 interface enable ultra-fast connections of up to 866 MBit/s (5 GHz). The even greater range and particularly robust wireless connections make the small FRITZ!WLAN Stick AC 860 a Wi-Fi powerhouse in the home network.

Wireless internet at top speed
The FRITZ!WLAN Stick AC 860 is the perfect complement to all FRITZ!Box models with Wi-Fi AC, such as the FRITZ!Box 7490, 6490, and 3490. In addition, the stick supports all older Wi-Fi standards, making it suitable for establishing a Wi-Fi connection to all common routers. With a transmission speed of up to 866 MBit/s in the AC standard, the Wi-Fi stick achieves significantly higher data rates than Wi-Fi adapters of older generations. Thanks to state-of-the-art radio technology, the range is also significantly increased. The alternative use of Wi-Fi N with speeds of up to 300 MBit/s (2.4 GHz) also allows for maximum operational flexibility.

Automatically secure with Stick & Surf and WPS
With the unique AVM Stick & Surf procedure, computers automatically receive a secure connection to the FRITZ!Box. After briefly plugging it into the USB port of the FRITZ!Box, the stick takes over all settings. Once plugged into the computer, a secure Wi-Fi connection is established. Alternatively, the connection to routers from other manufacturers can also be made via WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup).
