Bambu Lab Activated Carbon Air Filter for X1 / P1S Series. Melt extrusion printers generate volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during printing, as the heating temperature of ABS, PC, PA, and other materials is relatively high, resulting in more VOCs. Materials like PLA with a lower melting point produce significantly fewer VOCs during printing. These VOCs are absorbed by our activated carbon air filter. The X1 Carbon comes with an activated carbon filter that cleans the air from the enclosure before it is released outdoors.
