Product details

The wired Datalogic QuickScan QD2500 is a highly reliable omnidirectional 2D imager for POS in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and light manufacturing. It captures 1D, 2D, postal, and Digimarc barcodes quickly and reliably, even from displays. Its scan angle is +/- 65°, and it has a motion tolerance of 30 IPS. For added security after each scan, it provides clear scan feedback, which includes a beeper with adjustable volume and Datalogic's patented "Green Spot." Additionally, the imager offers USB, USB-C, RS-232, and KBW interfaces. The dimensions of the QuickScan QD2500 are compact at 148 x 68 x 126 mm (WxHxD) with a weight of only 145 grams. This makes the imager comfortable to hold while being durable: it is drop-resistant from heights of up to 1.5 meters and is protected against dust and water according to IP52 standards. It can also withstand operating temperatures of up to 50 °C and storage temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 °C without any issues.
