The DLOS8N Outdoor Multichannel LoRaWAN Gateway from Dragino is a powerful solution for integrating LoRa radio networks into IP networks. This open-source gateway is specifically designed for outdoor use and allows connectivity via WiFi or Ethernet. With its ability to transmit data over long distances at low data rates, it is ideal for IoT applications. The DLOS8N utilizes the Semtech packet forwarder and is fully compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol. Equipped with an SX1301 chip that offers 10 programmable parallel demodulation paths, it enables a higher data transmission rate compared to conventional solutions. Additionally, the gateway can communicate directly with ABP LoRaWAN end nodes, facilitating integration into existing IoT services without the need for a dedicated LoRaWAN server.
