Among other things, this monitor is equipped with a USB Type-C port. A single USB Type-C cable can simultaneously transfer video/audio signals and data, as well as charge electronic devices such as a notebook

The 4K UHD resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels is four times the resolution of a Full HD monitor (1920 x 1080). The EV3285 supports 4K resolution and displays four times the amount of a standard Full HD monitor. With the picture-next-to-picture feature, data from four different signal sources can be displayed simultaneously on a single screen. The individual partial images are adjusted to the optimum resolution fully automatically. Two or four layouts can be conveniently displayed on the front of the monitor at the touch of a button.
The picture-in-picture function allows a small separate window from a second signal source to be displayed simultaneously. This enables effective multitasking - for example, participating in a video conference while continuing to work in other applications.
Compared to the previous model, the volume of the EV3285 has been reduced by 17% and the footprint by 12%. As a result, the EV3285 fits comfortably on any desk.
Sensor buttons are located at the front edge of the flat display, which provide convenient access to the monitor settings.

The negative influence of blue light on the health of the eyes is still a topic that receives too little attention. It is precisely the high-energy blue light that can irreversibly damage the retina and retinal pigment epithelium. Typical LCD monitors have a preset color temperature value of 6500 Kelvin, which is very blue light intensive.
