The rotary knob not only serves to set the desired temperature but also acts as a control center for making adjustments. Pressing the rotary knob opens the menu, allowing for settings to be made. With the universal sensor input for thermocouples and resistance thermometers, almost all common sensor types can be connected. The connected sensor type can easily be selected in the settings. The temperature controller with timer and buzzer is excellent for oven control.
