This versatile continuous light set includes two lamps, each with 4 x 55W daylight bulbs (energy-saving bulbs). The light from a 55W spiral bulb is comparable to that of a standard 275-watt bulb. You can turn on and off two bulbs at a time, allowing you to regulate the amount of light. This set is ideal for video, portrait photography, and product photography.

Each lamp socket can accommodate up to four 85W bulbs.
