Thanks to the integrated fluid cartridges, it offers very smooth 360° panning and a lateral tilt range from -60° to +90°. The spring-loaded balancing system maintains stability with a firm resistance, but the tension can be adjusted for greater resistance. The head can accommodate cameras and spotting scopes weighing up to 8.8 pounds, and each axis locks in place with its own independent locking knob. The 2.2-inch head is Arca-type compatible and includes a rubberized quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 external thread and a removable pan bar.
