Take advantage of the modular connection system for standardized connectors and rectangular module sockets with ports in a grid size of 14.9 × 17.0 mm. The snap-in system allows for a variety of connection techniques, such as with coaxial sockets for IEC or F connectors, RJ45 sockets for CAT 5, CAT 6, CAT 6A, speaker connectors, RCA sockets, screw and clamp connectors, as well as USB, fiber optic, and HDMI sockets. The individual Keystone modules are universally applicable and interchangeable.

The RJ45 socket features a robust zinc die-cast housing for optimal transmission of electrical signals. The LAN socket with STP shielding ensures interference-free signal transmission and is primarily used in network installations as well as in the assembly of permanently installed network cables. This Ethernet socket is suitable for installation in Keystone patch panels and network outlets. It supports 10-Gigabit Ethernet applications and Power over Ethernet (PoE+) according to IEEE 802.3at. The field-terminable RJ45 socket is designed for CAT-6A cables, and the RJ45 connections are TIA 568A/B color-coded.
