Even when using a tripod, pressing the shutter button can still cause motion blur. A wireless remote trigger effectively solves this problem. With it, you can trigger the camera from a distance without having to touch it. The Hähnel Captur also offers programmable functions for autofocus, continuous shooting, long exposure, and a self-timer with a 4-second delay. Additionally, the Captur can be used as a remote trigger for flash units. The transmitter is attached to the center contact of the camera, while the receiver is connected to the flash unit's foot. With additional receivers, multiple flash units can be triggered simultaneously—there's no limit to the number of flash units you can use.
