Robust electronic instrument enclosure made of aluminum die-cast alloy (durable yet easy to machine). The overlapping design provides protection against dust ingress and splashes, and also enhances EMI/RFI shielding. Includes screws that are screwed into factory-threaded holes. The type and number of screws may vary. The standard versions meet the IP54 protection rating, while the waterproof versions meet the IP65 protection rating and include a gasket. The gasket is supplied loose in the enclosure (not pre-installed).
