Product details

Enhanced power loss data protection
The enhanced power loss data protection prepares the SSD for an unexpected power loss of the system by minimizing the amount of data relayed through temporary buffers and utilizes an integrated capacity for power loss protection to provide the SSD firmware with sufficient energy to move data from the transfer buffer and other buffers into the NAND, thereby protecting system and user data.

Hardware encryption
Hardware encryption is a data encryption that occurs at the drive level. This secures the data stored on the drive from unwanted intrusion.

End-to-End data protection
End-to-End data protection ensures the integrity of the stored data from the computer to the SSD and back.

Temperature monitoring and logging
Temperature monitoring and logging uses an internal temperature sensor to monitor and log air circulation and temperature within the device. The logged results can be retrieved via the SMART command.

High-Endurance Technology (HET)
High-Endurance Technology in SSDs combines chip enhancements of Intel® NAND flash memory and SSD system management techniques to improve the write cycles of the SSD. A write cycle is defined as the amount of data that can be written to an SSD over its lifetime.
