The Kalea-Informatique USB 4 Thunderbolt 3 10G SFP+ fiber optic adapter transmits data over SFP+ fiber networks using the Intel I82599 chipset. It is ideal for PCs without a network card or with a damaged network connection, as well as for creating a network bridge. The adapter is compatible with Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, and other operating systems via Thunderbolt 3 or 4. The aluminum housing and the black adapter cable support 10GBase-SR and 10GBase-LRM with automatic negotiation, jumbo frames, and IPv6.
