Made from precision-machined brass and coated with Micro Swiss's TwinClad® XT – a non-stick, wear-resistant composite coating. This surface reduces friction, prevents filament buildup, and facilitates extrusion, keeping surfaces clean and print processes smooth.

Structural Integrity and Material Quality

Available in multiple nozzle diameters (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 mm), the design combines a heat-resistant copper-chromium-zirconium core with a chemically applied nickel coating for corrosion resistance and heat resistance. For added durability, selected variants (CM2™) feature a hardened M2 high-speed steel tip with a WS2 nano-coating, achieving 68 HRC hardness and ensuring minimal friction (Coefficient ~0.035).
