Netgear's unmanaged Gigabit switches are equipped with high-quality components to ensure a long lifespan. They support the Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az) standard, which reduces power consumption when there is little traffic on an active port or when no links or activities are detected.

PoE+ Support
The GS108PP PoE switch is ideal for powering IP security cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and other PoE-powered devices. Eight PoE+ ports (up to 30 W per port) allow for the connection of up to eight PoE/PoE+ devices (802.3af and 802.3at) with a total PoE power budget of 123 W. The PoE ports can also be used for non-PoE devices. With its flexible mounting system, the GS108PP can be installed in a desktop environment, in a rack (accessories included), or on the wall.
