Polymaker PC-ABS

Industrial products may require specific equipment and capabilities. This Specialty family provides unique filaments from Polymaker to unlock new 3D printing applications.

Polymaker™ PC-ABS is a PC/ABS polymer blend that offers excellent toughness and heat resistance while providing good surface finish and compatibility with metal coatings.

Recommended settings:
Nozzle temperature: 250˚C - 270˚C
Print speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
Bed temperature: 90˚C - 105˚C
Chamber temperature: 90˚C - 100˚C
Build surface: almost any surface with a thin layer of MAGIGOO PC
Cooling fan: Off

Note: When printing with Polymaker™ PC-ABS, the use of a heated chamber is recommended. If a heated chamber is not used, it is advisable to anneal the printed part immediately after the printing process to relieve internal residual stress. Annealing settings: 90˚C for 2 hours.
