This model with the model number AOC CQ32G1 cannot be adjusted in height, but only tilted.

No, you can't! You can only tilt the screen forwards or backwards, but not higher or lower. For my needs, however, I have tilted the screen backwards and thus achieved the perfect "height" for me to work comfortably.

I have just measured it once. My height is exactly 535mm. I cannot say whether there is another model with the same specs that is height-adjustable.

Both can be connected, but 144 Hz is only possible via DP port.

Yes. You can either 1080p at 120hz or wqhd at 60hz (before the update you could wqhd 120hz so that's how it was for me).

You notice a difference between 1ms and 4ms. There are also 2 measurements given by AOC - the screen has a response time of 1ms. I was also confused at first because different ms-values were given.

Connect the headphones directly to the PC. Ps. You can change any volume from any port via the volume mixer on the pc.
