Why does this product have an A energy rating in the galaxus description and a G one on the picture?

This is an error, in fact the energy efficiency class of the product is "G", I will forward this to the responsible department and hope that this will be adjusted in the specifications in a timely manner.

@manuello1996 Not true. USB-C is not supported as a source for video transmission. You can select USB-C as the source in the menu on the screen, but unfortunately you don't get a picture. I tested it on my Mac Book Pro 2019 16" and on an HP Elite Ultra book. For me, this is a clear case for return + a negative rating on my part. Unfortunately, the devices are only charged via USB-C.

Is it possible to connect a mouse and keyboard directly to the monitor and connect my notebook via USB-C without additional cables? Apparently not with the Philips 346E2CUAE with USB-C hub.

Yes is possible. Monitor has an integrated USB-A hub. The USB-C cable is sufficient for all USB + video transmission
