2 4K monitors are possible (1 HDMI, 1 USB-C). For 3, hardware via Thunderbolt 3 must be used.

You can add Apple care within 60 days after purchasing your product from a third party such as Galaxus. For that, go into Settings, and it will show as an option.
No, neither keyboards nor mice are supplied with the Mac Mini. That has always been the case.
I received this question from Digitec. I cannot answer it directly. However, the standard interfaces are fully sufficient for me. I played back photos, films and music from the external hard drive and was satisfied with the speed. Maybe this answer will help you. Greetings Jan
