Does anyone have any idea which cable I need to buy to replace the connection cable between the speakers and the subwoofer? The plug has unfortunately suffered some damage.

Can these boxes be supplemented with other boxes to form a 7.1.2 system if you have a corresponding AV receiver?

Basically not, because the Bose system routes all channels through the subwoofer and there is only 5.1. Technically, the additional channels could be routed separately, but I doubt whether such a design can be reasonably levelled.

Is there an amplifier included or how do you connect the system to a TV? the normal BoseSurround always have a connection device with remote control included does this also have this or do you have to buy something else? or are there just the speakers included and you connect them via cable to the old device? Are the rear two speakers via cable or is there something else wireless? thank you for your help...

You need a reciver with this system. Therefore, it is comparatively cheap.
