Hello Gerhard. I had the same problem, but it worked with the "pins" or EDID settings, "Auto" did not work for me, as far as I know I had to set it to 1080 2.1. Cat6 is also required for the cable. Hello Can't tell you about the latency as I don't know how to measure it, but I use these myself for streaming and I haven't noticed any noticeably bad latency.
If you want the original, I would go through the manufacturer, as I have not found anything here. Otherwise you can use universal power supplies without any problems. Greetings
