The Eagle OC has the larger cooler with 3 fans and is not audible in the installed system.

Unfortunately, I can't answer whether this contributes to passive cooling with heat conducting pads, but due to the rather low consumption/good cooling solution, I would say that this would not have a significant influence on the temperatures.
