This is an analogue DECT phone, it doesn't have 4G or 5G. If the UPC has an analogue telephone connection, it should work, but I only know of Fritzbox routers or Sunrise routers that can connect such phones and then use them to be called via a normal telephone number, for example.
The E720HX supports DECT/Cat-iq 2.0, just like the E370HX offered directly by Salt.

No, this telephone does not come with a base station and the upc Connect Box does not have one integrated. So either choose another device that has a base station included or order one separately with this device.

This Wednesday I have connected the phone with the Internet Box 2 and some time ago with the Box 1 you only have to press the Quick Pairing button on the box i.e. the plus for 3 seconds and activate the paring on the phone as it says in the instructions (in the menu on the right then press ok) et voila the phone is ready for use
