GoPro Per 3.5mm microphone adapter
Hero 5 session, hero 5, Hero 7
Bracket and empty housing do not fit the gopro 11
The following adapter could be a solution for you: JJC AD OA1 3.5mm Mic/USB C Adapter However, I did a quick search and it seems that GoPros recognise whether it is an official GoPro accessory or not and are therefore not compatible with unlicensed accessories.
I don't have a microphone with a USB-C plug, so I can't make the attempt, but unfortunately I'm afraid it will only work with this adapter. I personally use it with a mini-jack microphone and it works very well, although the requirement to use this super-expensive adapter has always annoyed me a bit...
Yes, including the Hero 10.
Can't say I've had a GoPro 10
Depending on the product number, it is compatible with: GoPro HERO5 Session, GoPro HERO5 Black.
I had the adapter on my GoPro Hero7 Black and it works fine. I don't know the Rode NT USB Mini and therefore can't say whether it works with the adapter.
To the best of my knowledge/use, the GoPro doesn't stream anything out via the USB-C, let alone the 3.5mm, which are only for power and the external mic. It has a mini-HDMI for streaming, so it should be possible to record live there.
No, USB-C is not mini-USB (compatible). Micro-USB and mini-USB are also not compatible.
Unfortunately, this does not work, but it would also serve me.
it doesn't even work with the GoPro 7 at the same time, I need it to make music and when I only need the 3.5 mm it works when I still want to charge it at the same time it has a latency delay, the picture no longer matches what I'm doing, a cheek from GoPro!!!
Hello J. I'm still waiting for it to be picked up, so I won't be able to get an idea until then. Have a look at the gopro forums... Greetings
Yes
Yes, should fit. Luckily they don't invent something new to buy for every new version :)
Works with all GoPros that have a USB-C connection. However, the device is then no longer waterproof.
Should be possible to do both. Mic. Running the audio while filming... and then recording with a powerbank at the same time should not be a problem.
No, unfortunately not.
To my knowledge, the GoPro MAX does not support external microphones. The camera has top-notch stereo audio performance as well as 360 audio.
