Honeycomb runs here with a Windows system. I don't know whether MAC also works, but with this fine product I can assume that MAC also works.
Mine finally arrived today!!! It was worth the wait, great product :)
It's simple: The supplier is of no use. You know in advance whether a delivery date can be met or not. My order has had the status *probably today" several times but then suddenly was moved into the future by weeks. It's just a throttle, but the endless postponing is pissing me off.

There is officially only one variant but numerous thrust levers and configurations for various aircraft types on the market
I use the Honeycomb Bravo throttle in X-Plane 11 under Windows 11. Greetings Rolf
I received the "new" Bravo, with the square AP button and labels on the thrust controls.
The Boeing Throttles are already included, as are the General Aviation Throttles (see product images). The Airbus throttles have to be bought separately, currently the official shop is probably the best place to go, as no one else seems to have stock yet. I got them from there and they were delivered from Asia within 7-8 days (without customs fees). Cost $78.98 USD, so 72.- CHF. The price in Switzerland will probably not be much lower than 70.-.

Unfortunately, we do not have any more precise information on the delivery date at the moment. However, we are in contact with the supplier and as soon as we receive an update, we will update the availability accordingly.
Pretty sure that was a mistake on Digitec's part. On Honeycomb's official site, the pre-order launch is from 1 September. Most other online retailers I've looked at also post something around that date or later.
