Yes, it works quite well with my 13-4170nz!

Hello I have been searching for ages to find the compatibility of my device. I found some answers at the following link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05166879 I hope this helps. It's a real mess with the different pens, displays and other hardware.... ;-( Greetings
The stylus in question should be compatible with your device. Only OLED screens are not compatible with the pen.
We are not listed exactly anywhere in the matching products: http://store.hp.com/SwitzerlandStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=K8P73AA&opt=&sel=ACC It's also a bit older... you may well have to use a universal stylus here.
With my X360 Spectre, yes! But I don't know the exact model name. It's an i7, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD.
Same with me, I've been trying to buy the pen for 7 weeks. I even tried to get the pen from the USA, but they don't have it there either. I didn't get any information directly from HP, only that they can't say exactly when the pen will be available again. If anyone knows of an alternative pen for the HP Specter X360 that I could get in Switzerland, I would be very happy to receive information.
For me, the pen always connects automatically. Have you switched on Bluetooth on the notebook?
You can use a common PDF reader that has "comment" and "marker" functions. I need the programme "Drawboard", which costs 10.-, but is absolutely worth it - an ingenious programme! For normal use, however, a common programme is sufficient.
On the HP Spectre x360 Laptop Convertible Tablet PC, the HP Pro Active Pen 408 G1 works flawlessly. Responds without delay and precisely. Top device.
