Yes, it has 16GB of storage and its own speakers. And as far as calls are concerned, you can make them if it's connected by Bluetooth to the phone or if you have an eSIM built into the watch (no phone needed). Pd: Some phone providers don't have the eSIM option, so you'll have to ask for one.
The watch can use calls via the eSim at any time.
According to the manufacturer, you can proceed as follows: Your watch may have been connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time (phone and headphones) and your FreeBuds are the first connected device. In this case, the audio on your watch will default to the second connected device, resulting in your FreeBuds not playing audio. It is recommended that you disconnect your FreeBuds from a phone/tablet/watch, place the FreeBuds back in the charging case, close the charging case, open it again after five seconds and then reconnect your FreeBuds. Alternatively, you can disconnect your phone/tablet/watch from any other Bluetooth device it is currently connected to.
