I had a Surface Book 2 and now an HP ProBook, both worked without any problems. But it also depends on whether the notebook's USB-C port supports DisplayPort, otherwise you won't get a picture with external monitors, if I'm not mistaken.
Hello, In order for the docking station to work, the USB-C port must support Video Transfer over USB-C (either USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt3) - if the motherboard does not support one of these features, then the docking station will not work.
