You can use your normal laptop USB-C charging cable here. Up to 100W charging power is supported.

Is a power supply unit included? Or can you also use the power supply of the notebook to charge the notebook via the docking (provided the USB C connection is correct)?

No, there is no power supply unit included. However, the dock adapter has an extra USB-C socket to feed in, i.e. to connect a power supply unit.

I have mouse and keyboard connected via dongle to the i-tec Nano Dock and they keep on disconnecting (freezing) a thousand times during the day. It's unbearable, and a real barrier to work, particularly if I'm presenting something. I have another docking station from Dell where I can plug keyboard/mouse the entire day with no issues. Also if I plug the dongles directly to the laptop there are no interruptions the whole day. It's really a problem of the i-tec Nano Dock. I reported the problem to Galaxus and they sent me a replacement unit, but the exact same thing happens. Does anybody also have this problem and is there any fix?

Hello, on my side I'm using this device at work to connect my Logitech mouse and keyboard (with USB dongle) and my screen, and everything works well. My laptop is a Lenovo. What is funny (or not) is that I have a native Lenovo docking which is working less good than the i-tec Nano...

I had a Surface Book 2 and now an HP ProBook, both worked without any problems. But it also depends on whether the notebook's USB-C port supports DisplayPort, otherwise you won't get a picture with external monitors, if I'm not mistaken.

I have a USB-C 3.0 extension cable so that the dock can be hidden under the desk. On a Windows laptop everything works (image and USB devices), on a Macbook (M1) only the image works with this extension cable, but not USB (mouse, keyboard). If I connect the dock directly to the Mac, USB also works. Which USB-C extension cable do I need for Mac so that everything works?

Hello, In order for the docking station to work, the USB-C port must support Video Transfer over USB-C (either USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt3) - if the motherboard does not support one of these features, then the docking station will not work.
