If the MP3 player has a Bluetooth function, yes. If not, no. (I suspect that it does not have Bluetooth, but I am not sure). The JBL Go 3 has no jack input and only works with Bluetooth. I would therefore rather go for a speaker with an additional jack connection (3.5 mm).
