Which product is offered here? First or second generation? The description corresponds to the first generation, but the pictures show both the first and second generation accessories.

Is this version the Gen 2?

The audio cable between the landline phone and the headset recognises that a headset is connected = sign on the phone. But you can't hear anything in either direction: no dialling tone, no call. Do I need to configure the headset somehow? Help please!
