Koss has released a new version of the Porta Pro Wireless, now with Bluetooth 5.2 and USB-C connection. Will they be adding it to the range, and if so, when will that be?

My headphones have recently stopped connecting to my Fairphone. This wasn't a problem before but now the mobile can no longer find my headphones. The internet says that you should reset the headphones to the factory settings, but unfortunately I couldn't find out how to do this with these headphones. Can anyone help me with this?

Mmh, apparently these headphones don't work with every smartphone. I have an iPhone SE, but I can't connect the headphones with Bluetooth. It does not find the device . Annoying...

The Koss Porta Pro has Bluetooth version 4.1. 4.1 has been around since 2013 and is basically supported by every iPhone SE. Maybe you have other devices in the room that want to connect to the headphones? see also here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8061819
