Logging in using Microsoft Hello is not compatible with this webcam. Microsoft Hello requires a camera with infrared technology for facial recognition, which this webcam does not have.

I use the camera with the Logitech G Hub software and everything works without problems. If I were you, I would uninstall your current software and test the software mentioned above.

In the office I use the C900, which also fits wonderfully on the Curved Monitor. The C900 and the C920 are very similar and, in my opinion, have the same design.

According to the description, this is simply a camera equipped with a microphone. So you would have to have an output device for audio. This can be a loudspeaker or headphones. Many screens have (unfortunately rather poor) speakers built in and you could (if necessary) also use these.
