Does anyone know where I can order suitable replacement keys? Unfortunately, the Ctrl key fell out or the hook broke off.

Not a bad keyboard, if the left CTRL key had not broken immediately after the warranty expired. The replacement CTRL key did not last another year.

Hi user11 Compared to conventional keyboards, the keyboard is rather on the loud side. How it compares to other gaming keyboards I can't answer. I mainly play CSGO and have got used to the sound of the keystrokes.

Does this keyboard not work with Mac at all or only if you have the Logitech G Hub application installed?

How long have you had the keyboard? Since I don't think you've thrown it around, note the 2 year warranty. I also had a problem with 2 keys (Alt and F, they were small breaks in the key holders) and that with completely normal use in the office. I opened a warranty claim and the keyboard was replaced without any complaining. Super service as always...

Under the product description of the grey model it says "no guarantee" , while the black one has 2 years. Is this a mistake, or is there really no guarantee on this keyboard?

Thanks for the info! Yes, the warranty is the same as for the black version.
