The cables themselves are quite long: Cable Length: AC 2m (6.5 ft), DSub 1.8m (6ft), speaker cable (3x 4.6m) (15ft), speaker cable 2x7.62m (25ft) If you need >8m you can just buy a standard 2 channel cable and extend it manually...

To reduce the transmission of vibrations, I use anti-vibration rubbers that are intended as vibration protection for washing machines. I take the ones from Coop Bau and Hobby, approx. 10x10 cm, and spread them under the appliance/speaker.

Unfortunately, this does not work. The assignment of the wires does not match. In the standard VGA cable, wire 9 is not assigned, but this is required for the Logitech Z906. Maybe you can get a high-frequency cable with full assignment and mini D-sub plug/socket somewhere. However, I would like to point out that the cable length plays a role together with the cable quality and I don't know how much you can extend the cable without losing the signal. But it would be cool if you find something that works. Good luck.

There is no difference between the product you mentioned and the one on digitec.ch. Both refer to the Logitech Z906 Surround Speaker, a 5.1 channel PC speaker system with the same specifications, including 500 watts RMS power, THX certification, and identical connectivity options.

Can I also connect it via aux

Helpful answer
Yes, you can connect the speakers via an AUX connection. The system has an AUX input on the side of the control panel that can be used for analogue connections. Alternatively, there is also a stereo cinch input 2 on the subwoofer for analogue signals. Please note, however, that a connection via AUX (3.5 mm jack) usually only provides stereo sound and not true 5.1 surround. For the best possible surround sound, we recommend connecting via the 6-channel inputs of the sound card, which are included in the scope of delivery.

To connect your speakers to a PC without a TOSLINK connection, you can use the 3.5mm jacks. The Logitech Z906 supports a 6-channel analogue connection via 3.5mm jacks, which is suitable for a 5.1-channel surround sound configuration. However, you will need a separate cable or adapter to adapt the blue, green and red 3.5mm sockets to the 6-channel analogue connection. Alternatively, you can also consider an external USB sound card adapter that converts digital outputs to analogue signals if your PC does not have suitable analogue outputs.

I connected my Samsung Frame via optical cable and it also works with stereo transmissions, on the remote control of the Z906 you can adjust the effects, so you can hear the audio on all channels, as for the 3 jacks normally used on PCs, the green one is normally used as input/output on audio devices, there are devices that from HDMI also use the green jack.
