Why would you want to do that? -> you can upgrade the psu afterwards, but 650W will go a long way...

The installed motherboard does not have a W-LAN interface, and I cannot find an expansion card for it either.
I assume that this PC has no possibility to connect to a W-LAN network in its delivery state.

I'm not quite sure if I understand you correctly, but this PC is new - so you are the first user. :)
Windows is pre-installed on all MIFCOM systems offered at Digitec, with activated digital key.
