You can change the language setting to English. IT means only that the packaging is in Italian.

It's too early to say whether there will be delivery problems xD... If you're in the batch, you'll have the game in your mailbox or be able to pick it up in the shop in time, and even if you do... what's the point of one day more or less, there are worse miseries.
