I think it's under warranty. You have 24 months with the article, just write to the support.

I own both the Hero and the Epic, the difference is that the Hero is more comfortable than the Epic, which is narrower, you feel a bit more relaxed on the HERO, but the differences are smaller, both are excellent chairs, the integrated lumbar support on the HERO is not enough for me, I still use the cushion for my lower back.

No - I am 1.76 and had to buy the short gas pressure spring so that I could still have contact with the floor even in a tilted position. I would not buy the chair again. With my height and around 70kg, I am too light for the hard upholstery. The chair is uncomfortable even with a short spring because it is too hard.

Hello Nex I bought the chair (red seams) almost 1 year ago, just before the 1st lockdown and have been working from home every day since. The seams still look like they did on day 1. The workmanship is really top. Although I use an additional seat cushion, the seams of the backrest are in the same condition (unused) as those of the seat. I can recommend this chair to everyone. Greetings Margou

I spend a similar number of hours a day at the computer and in the chair because of the current situation. The thing is super comfortable and I don't have any back pain or anything like that. The armrests can be adjusted precisely, as can the height of the chair and the angle of the backrest.

I am 1.92 tall and the size fits me perfectly. The seat height can be adjusted up to 58 cm (manufacturer's page), which should be enough for you. Whether the backrest height of 89 cm is sufficient for you is difficult to judge and depends on the length of your upper body. Basically, the noblecharis HERO is very suitable for tall people and I therefore think that it will also fit your height.
